The Teeth are the largest of the manifestations of Thamos and represent its jealously towards those who have been allowed to fade away into the void while it is forced to remain within this realm, an unwilling servant to the unmerciful lord C’thu.
Theirs is the hunger that never ends and at any given opportunity the vicious worms will lash out at their prey and attempt to greedily swallow them whole. Those unfortunates who are destined to meet such grisly ends have little time for contemplation, their screams muffled as they are slowly digested inside the dark bellies of the ravenous beasts.
