The Scourge are foul microparasites which thrive on the conquest, usurpation, and absorption of other races. They are the Galaxy's ultimate predators. Their breathtaking assimilation of the central planets, Earth included, made them the primary threat to mankind. Though they defended viciously against the UCM's Reconquest, attack is their forte. Their counteroffensive on the Colonies slaughtered a billion.
Scourge armies employ a plethora of fiendish, organic-looking war machines focused on speed, stealth, aggression, and close-range firepower. Swift grav-tans, skittering walkers, and larger outlandish constructs are dreaded. These vehicles are melded with pure Scourge into a permanent communion of jellied flesh and armoured plate, causing heightened, resentful viciousness. Immolation by their plasma weaponry is preferable to being taken alive.
This box contains a perfect full-size Scourge army. The resin miniatures in this set have been designed for ease of assembly, so have fewer pieces and options than their equivalent in separate kits.
