Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind about your purchase:

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in sellable condition to be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns outside of this period. We reserve the right to make deductions of up to 100% of the retail price from any refund if the item has been used, part made or is otherwise reduced in value or unsellable,

To start the returns process, you can contact us by email or by using our contact form. Returns must arrive with us within 14 days of our confirmation of the process. Returns arriving outside of the period may be rejected or otherwise no longer be eligible for a full refund.

In the above instance, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs and liability.

Please note that gift cards are non refundable.

 

Cancelling an unfulfilled order:

If you want to cancel or modify an unfullled order, we will make every effort to avoid the item being despatched. Due to exceptionally high volumes of orders and stock movements, however, this may not be possible. In this event the standard returns procedure takes place.

 

Returns from the postal service or courier

Parcels returned to us by the postal network or other couriers are assessed on a case by case basis. If you wish for us to re-ship your parcel, please be aware that additional postage charges may be incurred. If you wish to cancel such an order, please note that the nature of the return may result in reductions to any refund.



Refunds

Due to high volumes of inbound parcels, please allow 1-3 days after delivery for review. At this stage we will check that the item is sellable in line with our returns procedure and notify you accordingly.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive, depending on your payment method.

 

Defective/missing parts

Whilst we try our utmost to keep defects to a minimum, errors can happen. In these cases we endeavour to assess and replace any missing or defective items or components to ensure your item is complete. Please note that due to the materials involved and the nature of the hobby, some items or components are not perfect, however this does not always count as a defect. All cases are reviewed under a "Fit for Purpose" framework.
