Among the PHR it's commonplace for combatants to integrate cybernetics. In fact all PHR citizens have some form of cybernetic implant. Aristaeus Hellions have taken this to an extreme and are much more machine than human. They go into battle without conventional weaponry, instead forming weapons on the fly from their own cybernetics.
